Automotive Technician - 802 Honda
SUMMARY:Welcome to 802 Honda! We are one of the largest Honda dealerships in Vermont, are growing rapidly and are in need of a new automotive technician. We offer a relaxed atmosphere, job stability, amazing teammates and plenty of work to go around!
EARNING POTENTIAL:We value our technicians, pay is competitive and can increase drastically depending on experience and performance in the role. On average, our flat-rate technicians make between $45,000 - $80,000/year. Our Technicians also earn up to a $4,000/year bonus!
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive vehicles
- Complete a Multi-Point Inspection on every vehicle.
- Test drive vehicles including some with manual transmission
- Honda experience and or ASE Certifications a Plus!
- Fast, eager learner and team player
- Knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance
- Basic computer skills
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
- Willing to submit to a background check prior to employment
Service Advisor - 802 Honda
SUMMARY:As one of Vermont's largest Honda dealerships, we're excited to invite a Service Advisor to join our dynamic service team. At 802 Honda, you'll enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment, strong job stability, and the opportunity to work alongside amazing teammates. As a Service Advisor, you'll help maximize the performance of our Service Department while upholding the dealership's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Depending on experience and performance candidates could make between $60,000-$75,000/year!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Greets customer and obtains customer and vehicle information and mileage.
● Determines general nature of repairs needed and writes a clear description of customer needs on the repair order
● Points out other noticed repairs or maintenance for which the customer has a need
● Provides customer with estimated repair costs and anticipated time of completion
● Send repair orders to be dispatched and maintains contact with technicians throughout the workday
● Calculates estimates on technician found repairs and notifies customer of these needs
● Notifies customer when repairs are completed.
● At pick-up reviews work preformed and multi-point inspection results
● Answer phones, collect customers info and make appointments
● Other duties as assigned
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
● Outgoing and friendly personality
● Comfortable interacting and and dealing with the public; must have a professional appearance
● Comfortable handling multiple tasks and fulfilling several obligations at once
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
● Prior automotive experience is preferred
● Ability to read and understand instructions and information
● Able to operate computer based systems
● Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
